No Excuse Healthy Living alliance Point System
Individuals (1-4 People)
Points can be earned by participants in the following categories:
- Walking
- Treadmill
- Stationary Biking
- Strength training
How points are gained:
15 points = 30 minutes of activity
25 points = 45 minutes of activity
45 points = 1 hour of activity
These are per activity per day for at least 30 minutes each. Not to exceed three activities.
Daily minimum is: 15 points
Daily maximum is: 60 points
Groups: (Groups must consit of at least 5 people) Points are based on participation in the following categories performed with others:
- Group walks
- Jogs/runs
- Cycling
- Aerobics
Total group points are: 75 points
Minimum of 30 minutes for each group activity
